Room to Rent

I am looking to be replaced on the contract of this beautiful 4 bed home since I’m moving abroad. The property is incredibly bright and spacious, has a gorgeous garden and a very substantial living room with a separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms and an abundant amount of storage cupboards.

Location: Opposite Clissold Park, N4. The walk is approx. 10 minutes to both Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations. Clissold park is just opposite and if you haven’t been, a beautiful park with a great atmosphere throughout the year. There are many cafes in the area, as well as pubs, wine bars, the castle climbing centre etc.

Flatmates: The remaining flatmates are between 23 and 25 yrs old and all female. One is an architect and part-time bartender, and the other two girls work in restaurants. All flatmates are bubbly and enjoy a relaxing drink, nibble and chat in the garden. They’re also creative, enjoy travel, cooking and an occasional pub trip. Our architect does occasionally work from home.

We want those that work from home to know we would really like to keep communal spaces work-free, but the room does contain a spacious desk and there are many cafes nearby.

Pet: We have a gorgeous black cat called Olive living with us. She’s incredibly chatty, cuddly and playful so will likely warm to you in no time :)
