Queer Creative Flat Looking for a Fourth

We're looking for someone to join our new 4-bed flat and hopefully become part of the gang, rather than just someone to fill a room.

The flat is a spacious Victorian conversion with loads of character, a shared living room, separate kitchen, and a big private garden (currently a bit wild, but we've got plans 🌱). We're all signing a new tenancy together, so you'll be joining from the very beginning.

A little about us...

Ru (they/them) – Works at the Barbican and runs Tailwind Physical Theatre. Usually found running, cycling, swimming or at the gym. Loves cooking, hosting people and will probably be singing somewhere in the flat.

Poppy (she/her) – Actor, works at the Barbican and helps Ru run the theatre company. Loves painting, drawing, fashion, and is usually the one getting the first round at the pub.

Gareth (they/them) – Works at the Donmar, is a musical theatre performer, loves dance classes, theatre gossip and a pint after work. They'll almost certainly end up singing with Ru at some point.

## The vibe

We're all queer performers with busy lives, but we genuinely enjoy living together. You'll often find us:

* Heading to the pub after work.
* Watching absolute trash TV on the sofa.
* Cooking for each other.
* Having Sunday roasts.
* Spending evenings chatting in the kitchen.
* Listening to Ru serve dinner while saying, *"It's not my best work..."*

We're sociable, creative, respectful and want the flat to feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere we sleep. We'd love to create a space where everyone feels comfortable inviting friends over, sharing a meal, or simply existing together.

Looking for...

Someone queer or queer-friendly who wants to be part of the flat. We'd love someone who's up for the occasional pint, dinner or film night, but who also appreciates that we all have busy lives and our own space too.

The practical bits

Move in: 17th August (we need to move quickly!)*

💷 Deposit + first month's rent: Around £1,500 (exact amount tbc)

💷 Rent: We haven't decided who's taking which room yet, so rent will be based on room size. It'll be somewhere between £725–£775 per month, depending on which rooms we choose.
