Double Room

My flatmates are moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over this double room on a long-term basis, ideally from 9 August. The flat is a 2-bed, so offers a blend between the company of living with another flatmate and plenty of time to yourself too.

I’m 30 and work full-time condensed hours across a 4-day week (2 days in the office, 2 days WFH). I’ve lived here for three years and have a positive relationship with the landlord.

The flat is on the top-floor of a large terraced house, has large casement windows throughout, and receives morning sun in the bedrooms and evening sun in the living room and kitchen.

The room is unfurnished but benefits from being in a furnished flat with a shared living space (with TV, streaming channels, space for books) and kitchen (with range of cookware and appliances).

Based on current usage (3 people), bills would be approx £200/ea but will likely go down when reduced to 2 people.

The flat is well-situated 5 minutes from Manor House tube (Piccadilly line), 10 minutes from Finsbury Park tube (Victoria/Piccadilly lines and National Rail), 10 minutes from Haringey Green Lanes (Suffragette line), and plenty of buses.

The local area is great, with big supermarkets, specialist shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, gym, doctors in the immediate and surrounding areas (Highbury, Stoke Newington, Crouch End, etc.).
