Approx 7m x 3.5m, big, bright, airy double room with skylights and opening roof window.

The warehouse is a huge space with 20 bedrooms, huge big kitchen, living room, work space and 4 bathrooms. You'd be sharing with 19 others of various genders, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities and musical persuasions...

We're not a loud constant party warehouse though we do have the occasional party. We get on well and hang out together at home and outside the house, but also do our own things. We use the communal space for creative endeavours, spontaneous fun, as well as quiet hang outs. The house can be both lively and quiet but probably not for someone looking exclusively for a fortress of solitude.

We're looking for someone to move in to make the place their home so ideally you'd be looking to stay for at least 12 months and can be reasonably clean and tidy in communal spaces.

Sorry, No couples/room shares or pets or someone who's looking for a space to play with their band.

Well connected bus stops, Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line tubes and overground are a short walk as is a big 24 hour Sainsburys and lots of smaller independent grocery stores. It's also a short walk to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes.
