All bills are included: this includes our cleaner who visits for 2 hours a fortnight. Below is more information on the place, transport, storage and me 😊

Space

• Bedroom – Huge double room 😊

• Bathroom – Your own, with a bath included!

• Toilet – Your own toilet

• Office – I keep my books in it, but you have use of it
throughout the day.

• Garden – we of course share this, but it is south facing and
we have a balcony with great views

• Kitchen/living room – again this is shared, but it easy to
get 6 around the dinner table and the sofa is large too.

Transport

• Manor House (Piccadilly line) – 10 minute walk – Oxford
Circus, Covent Garden and Heathrow

• Harringay station (train) – 2 minute walk – Finsbury Park
(2 mins), Old Street (15 mins)


• Harringay Green Lanes (Overground) – 4 min walk –
Walthamstow, Barking, Gospel Oak and great connections


• Finsbury Park (Train, Victoria & Piccadilly line) – 20 min
walk or 2 min train – Reach Kings Cross, the North and
more.

Storage

• Bedroom – Large wardrobe with shelf, large drawers and
shelves as pictured.

• Cupboard – Built in to bedroom, but is a large space which
the current housemate keeps sports equipment and
unneeded furniture


• Kitchen – Large cupboard spaces reserved for you only

• General – Cupboards and shelves in the house also
useable

Housemate

I’m a clean, tidy and friendly professional male. I am active socially so will be out the house 3-4 evenings a week. As a live in landlord, I care as much as you if the boiler breaks and the upkeep of the house is important.

Personally I am in to cinema, books, chatting with friends and getting out and about.
