A well proportioned, warm, light and clean home, over three floors.

Our house is in a great quiet location with private garden square and back garden. two mins from the castle climbing centre and reservoir with canoeing, sailing and open air swimming (swimming only in summer months) 5 mins walk from Clissold Park and short walk from Stoke Newington church streets and all lovely cafes and shops. Very close to tubes and overground.

With slate flooring on the ground floor with underfloor heating, it has a great kitchen for cooking with all mod cons, dishwasher and two keen cooks living here, this is a focal space! French doors open onto lovely garden (we're in the process of planting herbs and lovely plants at present) with patio, table and barbecue. lovely for entertaining or just having your coffee in the morning.

Entire house has double glazing so is very warm and energy efficient ( I just got a new boiler) house is recently decorated and reflects our arty personalities! The room available is white with a large window, but can be decorated as you wish. (must be put back before leaving.)

The other floors have beautiful hard wood flooring, including the first floor where the lounge and shared bathroom are situated. Your room is next to the bathroom with a view over the garden. The lay out of the house means all spaces feel private and are quite sound proof, in other words its idea for sharing with other likeminded people.

The room that is available is a generous double, with great storage (large wardrobe with hanging and drawers) and main use of master bathroom (as there is an ensuite in room) Harwood floors, big windows and great light. The room has a new double bed which has again more storage 3 drawers. This was my room for the past few years its lovely private and quiet, all you hear are the birds singing in the garden.

Would be perfect for a professional, who lives fairly quietly and wants a comfortable home.

The room is exclusive of bills, and it would be a month’s rent and a month’s deposit in advance. Lively minds welcome.

A bit about me I am an artist and University Lecturer. I am a chilled people who travel a lot, enjoy Art and new things, we take advantage of the surrounding parks and facilities, cycling, watching movies, cooking and enjoy socialising with friends but really only at the weekend, the house is very peaceful and relaxed. The other tenant currently runs a pub, sometimes working late, but is very sociable when around.

We also have a small dog living here, he is friendly, sweet and well behaved!
