Hi gals,

Our lovely flatmate is moving away to do a PHD 🧠 so we are looking for a someone to replace her on the tenancy, and move into our lovely 3 bed in Newington Green. [In the pic, Mairéad and I are left & centre. Our flatmate who is leaving is on the right].

The Room
The room is a bright and cozy double that faces the front of the flat. It is offered unfurnished but the bed frame (which fits perfectly) and some wardrobes can be bought from the current tenant if you like the room. Please note: The bedroom furniture shown above is from a previous tenant, so the room will look a little different when you view it.

Rent
Rent is £750 per month & at the moment bills are about £125. Move in date is the 30th of September. The security deposit is £770. The tenancy is 13 months (ending October 31st 2025).

The Flat
Our flat is on the first floor with a kitchen, a large sitting room, and a bathroom with separate toilet room.

The Location
We are 1 minute away from Newington Green which has lots of nice restaurants and cafés, and a 2 minute walk from Clissold Park. Canonbury overground station is 10 minutes away and Highbury and Islington is approx 15/20 min walk.

About Us
Mairéad and I (Diane) are both 30 year olds, from Dublin. We have creative jobs - I’m a designer and Mairéad works in production. We both work in the office all week. Please note: The flat is not ideal for someone who works from home as we like to keep the shared spaces relaxed (work-free) and the bedroom itself would be small to work in / fit a desk.
