1 bed flat with a CAT, flexible move in date

We're offering a cozy, little flat in Central London ( Islington, Zone 2). We have a cute, black, outdoor cat, so we would only accept cat lovers who can take good care of our little furball whilst we're away for a year or so :) Initial agreement will be for a year with a possibility of extension.

Our one-bed flat is located on the ground floor of a 4 storey building.

The space:

The flat itself is beautifully stylised with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a comfortable bedroom overlooking the back garden. We are both photographers and have made our place nice and cosy for ourselves. This is our little cave. We have never rented it before. That is why we're a bit nervous about choosing the right person who would love this place as much as we do.
There is space for bikes, if you have any.

We have a Smart TV with Netflix and other TV apps are available. (We'll probably leave the PS5 as well!)

The flat is located in a quiet residential area of Newington Green. The street is located a 7 min walk from Canonbury Overground station. The closest bus stop is located a 3min walk away.

Fast broadband is included in the monthly price. Gas and electricity come up to less that £100 for 2 people/month.
Council tax is around £120/month.

Ideally we would like someone to move-in in the beginning of March 2025 but we can also consider mid-February.
