I, the current tenant, am sadly relocating outside London, so there is a free room in Newington Green/Canonbury from January 22nd, 2024.
About the tenant:
The remaining tenant is a working professional (hybrid working) who has lived in London for around 6 years. Work from home is possible. She speaks English and Portugese.
About the room & flat:
The room is furnished as seen in the pictures. The bed is a double bed.
The flat has a shared bathroom, living room (new TV included -not on pictures-), and kitchen, and it is already furnished. It is located on the Ground Floor. The flat is in a very well-connected area and close to many parks and outside spaces (e. g., Clissold Park, New River Walk). The area has numerous restaurants, bars, and pubs, as well as grocery stores.
Transport:
15 min walk to Dalston (Overground)
20 min walk to Highbury & Islington (Overground, Nat. Rail, Victoria Line)
20 min walk to Essex Road (Nat. Rail)
35 min walk to Angel station (Northern Line)
8 main bus lines (341, 476, 73, 38, 30, 236, 392, 141) all within 2-7 minute walk.
Bills amount to approx 150 pcm. We're on a fixed tariff for heating, so our bills are surprisingly low (yay!).
Council Tax Band D.
