Peaceful flat in Canonbury

Hi there,

I am renting out the 2nd bedroom in my flat from mid-march.
I have been living here for 4 years and really like the flat and the area.

I am usually only in a couple evenings a week, but I enjoy sharing a meal or drinks with my flatmates when we're around.
I work from the office 3 days a week typically.
We will get on if you like like any of.. watching sports, cinema, pub trips, listening to records / DJing, playing snooker.

Definitely prefer the flat to be calm - enjoy having friends over for dinner or drinks now and then but not a party house.

We share a garden with 2 other flats so would be great for someone who enjoys gardening or wants to grow vegetables, but no expectation of doing this.

Your room is cosy, with plenty of storage.
Have access to a bike hangar right outside if you need somewhere to keep a bike.

Flexible on move in date and potentially on rent for the right person.
