Flat to rent short-term on corner of Clissold Park

I am going away for a month and renting out my flat on the corner of Clissold Park. It would be perfect for an individual or couple, as it has a lovely big main bedroom, and the second bedroom currently functions as an office / exercise / meditation space.

Technically in Highbury, but right on the border of Stoke Newington, this is a really green, peaceful, interesting neighbourhood to live in. It’s on the 7th floor, with gorgeous long views out to the city.

There is a shared living room with lots of light and quite a new (smallish) kitchen. I have set up a projector in the living room for watching things.

The flat is pretty nice, though I'm doing it up slowly, and some things still look a little tired (such as the bathroom). There’s a dishwasher, new big fridge, a washer dryer, good internet and a new boiler.

The main bedroom has lots of storage, with a big chest of drawers, drawers under the bed, bookshelves and a fitted wardrobe. I will be leaving some of my things, but there's still lots of room. There is also a small desk in the room.

I'm really keen to find someone that would enjoy this space and take care of my home while I'm away.
