Lovely double room, Canonbury. Must be dog lover.

We have a large double bedroom available in our 2 bedroom flat. The room gets a lot of sun, when there is sun and it comes fully furnished.

As for the rest of the house, it's spacious with an open plan living and kitchen area which is on a separate level to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom is modern with a rain shower and a heated mirror and we have easy access to a garden that gets loads of sun.

We also have a dog, he's a 3 year year old French Bulldog and he's super friendly.

We're looking for someone who is easy-going, clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. We are busy working professionals so would like someone who is happy doing their own thing and occasionally hanging out if we are all in.

The flat is located less than 5 minutes walk from Canonbury station (London Overground) and Newington Green with bus routes to Angel, Kings Cross etc. Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line / London Overground) is a short walk away.
