Stunning bedroom & lounge in quiet Highbury home

We have two lovely rooms, a bedroom and a living room, beautifully restored with all the original features, and joined by an arch, on the ground floor of our Victorian home in N5. There is a separate toilet and kitchen on the same floor, and access to our lovely garden. The bathroom is shared with us, as are the washing machine and freezer.
We are a quiet, mature couple - and we love our home, our garden and our cats. We offer a beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, respectful and quiet space.
We're looking for a quiet, highly responsible, and mature professional who is happy to:
- respect the house rules
- use the utilities sensibly ie wear another layer in winter
- love (and sometimes feed) our cats
- clean and look after the beautiful space
- participate in a rota for the cleaning of shared areas.
Council Tax and Utility bills are included, except broadband - we are in Council Tax band F.
