Cozy flat in Crouch End - 5 minutes walk into lovely Crouch End Broadway. The flat comes part-furnished (bed, bookshelf, coffee table, TV table, walk in closet) - other amenities can be discussed.

The price includes ALL bills which I can arrange (council tax, electricity, water, internet)

There is a car park on site which costs around £120 per month - also can be arranged.

Property has an onsite gym for residents.

Property is a two minute walk to bus stop which will get you in to central London and is also a short walk to Highgate station on the northern line.

The reason I originally chose Crouch End (and the reason most live here) is that there is no tube station which gives the town a real village vibe. It is a beautiful community which is close to central London, but feels as though you are in a different town altogether. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, two cinemas, gyms (what more can you need?!)
