Double bedroom with own bathroom + private gym

Hey everyone, my current flatmate is moving back home, so looking for someone to fill the other bedroom from mid to late August.

I have a double bedroom available (unfurnished), with built in wardrobes and your own private bathroom. The building is just over a year old, so everything is very modern. Airy, open plan flat in leafy Crouch End. Great outdoor terrace which is a sun-trap in the afternoon! Private gym is also a huge bonus and accessible 24/7.

You’d be living with me, a 28 year old, easy going professional who works in tech. I’m very happy to socialise with housemates as and when, but also very appreciative and respectful of quality downtime! Very laid back, but also enjoy taking care of my own space and making it homely. When not working, will spend most of the time at the gym, cooking, or with friends.

10 minute bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria line)
10 minute bus to Archway (Northern line)
15 minute walk to Highgate (Northern line)

There are great amenities available in Crouch End. Spoilt for choice with great restaurants, pubs and bars locally. Plenty of green space too with short walks to Alexandra Park, Highgate, Finsbury Park etc.
