A lovely two bedroom apartment in a converted house on the main road between East Finchley and Highgate.

Myself (the landlord), my partner and our dog only live there at the weekends. We're looking for a Mon-Fri renter (to be vacated by afternoon on the Friday). 99% of the time the flat will be empty Mon to Fri so you can enjoy the place to yourself. This includes a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and broadband internet. A week's notice will be given if we, or anyone else, will also be staying in the week ahead.

The apartment is small but furnished to a high standard with a recently renovated balcony which is large, quiet and surrounded by nature. You'll have the small bedroom with a single bed and some small storage space available.

The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from East Finchley underground station which is about 20 minutes to central London on the Northern Line. It's a 10 minute walk to all the shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities of East Finchley high street (including yoga and fitness studios and the Phoenix cinema). It's also well served by buses running from bus stops several minutes’ walk from the flat. You're within 10 minutes walk of lovely green spaces such as Highgate Woods and Cherry Tree Woods.

All bills included (energy, council tax, internet and TV license). A one month security deposit is required payable with first month’s rent.

I think this arrangement would be ideal for someone working in London during the week who needs a convenient, calm and clean place to stay.
