Lovely big room available in friendly flat

I am very sadly leaving my lovely room in a really great flat in January and looking for a replacement.

The room is a big double room, furnished with a kingsize bed and wardrobe (and I'd be happy to discuss selling the other furniture you can see). The flat itself is ground floor and basement level. It has a small kitchen and big living room that opens out into a small garden. It has three double rooms and two full bathrooms.

You would be sharing with two lovely girls in their mid/late 20s. Ciara works in mental health and Rebecca works in the civil service. We like to find new flatmates who we get on with and would like to spend time with - we're a friendly and social house and want that to continue! We often hang out together in the living room and sometimes go out and about together too. It would be great to hear a bit about you to see if you might be a good fit!

The area is pretty much exactly between Archway and Highgate station (Northern) and just a couple minutes walk from a main road which has buses running 24/7. It's a super quiet, pretty little street and always feels safe.
