The flat is located a 9 minute walk from Highgate Station and an 11 minute walk from Archway Station with great bus links.
About me (person third from the right in second picture): I’m 29 from London, sociable and love creative hobbies and being out and about for gigs/galleries/dancing/friends but keen for a tidy, grownup space! I work in film post production, love fashion and films and do some freelance work in renewable energy.
My lovely current flatmate is moving out to get married and I’m keen to find someone to live with that l’ll get on well with.
The available room is SW and garden facing so is nice and bright and green. It’s shown in the video and pictures 4 to 6 - comes with curtains, ceiling lampshade, lamp, chair and all furniture as shown. Double bed lifts up for storage underneath. Exclusive use of downstairs shoe storage and coat hooks and shared use of large hall cupboard.
The flat also has a large attic space for storing suitcases etc. and I plan on turning part of it into a reading/movie room.
Bills include council tax, WiFi, water, gas/electricity, contents insurance and a fortnightly cleaner.
If you’ve got a green thumb, there’s a large front patio that could use some love 🌱
