Looking for a flatmate for this 2 bed 2 bath flat with small balcony from around mid to late February!
The upstairs bedroom shown in the floor plan and images is available for £950/month excluding bills.
The flat will be furnished (not as shown in pictures) and the bedroom can be provided furnished or unfurnished. The room also includes a large cupboard on the landing next to the bedroom and a desk on the landing for working from home.
The flat is located a 10 minute walk from Highgate Station and a 12 minute walk from Archway Station.
About me (person on right in picture of 2 people): I’m 28, very social and love to host, creative hobbies and being out and about for gigs/galleries/dancing/friends but keen for a tidy, grownup space! I work in low-carbon tech design as an engineer, love fashion and paint in my spare time.
I’ve lived with my current flatmates for 3 years but they’re buying/moving in with partners and I’m keen to find someone to live with that will join in on flat dinners, watch movies and generally become a part of my friendship groups.
