About me (person third from the right in second picture): I’m 29, sociable and love creative hobbies and being out and about for gigs/galleries/dancing/friends but keen for a tidy, grownup space! I recently switched from working at a renewable start up to film post production, love fashion and paint in my spare time.
My lovely current flatmate is moving out to get married and I’m keen to find someone to live with that l’ll get on well with.
The available room is shown in the video and pictures 4 to 6 - comes with curtains, ceiling lampshade, lamp, chair and all furniture as shown. Double bed lifts up for storage underneath. Exclusive use of downstairs shoe storage and coat hooks and shared use of large hall cupboard.
The flat also has a large attic space for storing suitcases and I plan on turning it into a reading/movie room.
