Hello,
We are looking for a lodger to join us.
The bright double room comes furnished, with a closet, chest of drawers, shelves, a bed and bedding. There is space for a desk and there is a bathroom right by this room which will be mostly unused by us.
The house is a ten minute walk to Archway Station(Northen), a twenty minute walk to Upper Holloway (overground) and lots of bus routes nearby. We are close to Waterlow park and Omved Gardens. It's a top floor flat so nicely tucked away.
The flat is on multiple layers; the first level is your room & bathroom; then the next level up is my bedroom, the living room and kitchen; and then lastly, the roof terrace. This gives a sense of separation and privacy. The Kitchen has a good hob and oven, fridge and freezer and washing machine. There is a bike hanger outside and parking on the street.
Unfortunately we cannot accept anyone who will be working from home as there is not space.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we curate; our home is definitely a sanctuary from the outside world, so we try to be clean, not loud, relaxed.
We are vegetarian and want someone willing to not have meat in the house.
We’re nice people, open minded, LGBT+ friendly, well travelled, and not bigoted, etc. So think we will be nice to live with. We would like someone who is open minded too.
Highgate has lovely pubs and restaurants, loads of great parks, woods and the Heath is nearby, etc.
