Let in lovely Highgate/Crouch End flat

I am looking for someone to let the spare room in my Highgate flat from beginning of June. Happy for short or longer term lets- v easy!

About the flat: it sits between lovely Crouch End high street (5 mins walk away) and Highgate (15 mins walk away) and takes 2 minutes to get onto parkland walk!

The room currently has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed, but there is definitely room for a small desk to go in there. As you’ll see from the pics, there is lots of room in the flat including a big dining space, long kitchen and big living space. There’s a washer dryer (the dryer function actually works) and a dishwasher. The flat has a communal garden which gets lots of sun in the summer and there is parking space at the back- wouldn’t recommend to someone who keeps a car themselves as they are shared rather than allocated spaces but great for when friends/family visit. Everything is maintained really nicely through service charge included in the rent and georgeous crouch end shops/cafes just down the road.

I've also ordered a nice big new sofa which will arrive in a few weeks!

To note: you will see from the pics that there is scaffolding outside the windows because the roof was replaced over summer. The noise is minimal and no one is actually ever on the scaffolding (we're just on pause now until it's taken down rather than any more building work). This is due to come down so will be down by June anyway! The view is v lovely and I can’t wait for it to be back.
