Bright double room in leafy Archway/Highgate (N6)

Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a tenancy from me as i’m moving in with my partner!

The flat is on the way from Archway to Highgate, less than 15 minutes from each tube station. The street is quiet and peaceful and is 2 minutes from the parkland walk and a 25 minutes to Hampstead heath.

The flat has amazing high ceilings and huge windows. It has a small private patio and big shared garden which is lovely for the summer. Also a shared driveway between the house.

You’d be living with Ted (26) and Joe (25). Ted works as a software engineer and Joe works for TfL.

Ted and Joe have been living together for a few years now and are truly lovely to live with.

Ted loves reading, writing and cooking - makes delicious sourdough!

Joe loves running, gardening and all things outdoors. He’s also into making bread and makes amazing focaccia!

We’re looking for someone who’s looking to be flatmates and friends! We’re tidy and social but not a party flat. We’ve got a good balance of chill dinners at home, and also cosy evenings at the pub.
