**MON-FRI** let ONLY

We have a furnished double room which is super comfortable (as you can see in the photos it is a Day bed that pulls out to a double, and could stay as a double full time too). We are going to be painting and adding further decor like lighting, picture frames and shelves over the next month too. There is already a brilliant wardrobe (as in the photos) that will store all your belongings.

We are based in a private estate within a quiet residential area. Tubes are only a 10 minutes’ walk to either Tufnell Park or Caledonian Road stations.

Bus routes make it very easy to get into many places including Kings Cross, Angel, and Camden 24hrs a day.

The flat is spacious and is slightly alternative with a split into 3 levels; we have a large shared lounge/dining room on the first level, and the second level has the kitchen and then the split toilet room with small sink and a bath/shower and sink in the other room. Top level has the two bedrooms.

There is a car park available (at no extra cost) and bike storage too.

All bills included in the cost. We have Sky TV in the lounge and we have fast broadband WiFi.

We have a dog 🐶 (he is still a puppy at 11 months old) so please note he is still in training. He has been a dream so far, but is very friendly and energetic!
