Short or long let. Furnished room , Finsbury Park

Hi,

We have a big sized double bed room available to let for at least 4 months, available immediately until August in our lovely 3 bed-flat in Finsbury Park on a quiet private street. Long term let is also available. It’s a 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station and the nearest bus stop on Seven Sisters road is 5 mins away. Excellent connectivity overall from transport point of view. Stroud Green road is a 5 mins walk away with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, lifestyle and independent stores.
We have a cleaner coming every two weeks.

The house has:

- 1 bath
- 1 shower
- Spacious, all fitted kitchen and living room at the entrance level, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave
- Big terrace
- 3 bed rooms on the first floor
- Bike storage under the stairs
- Big TV with Virgin tv and broadband, and netflix

The room:

- Furnished with mid-century coffee table, bed side table, a tripod floor lamp, Ercol chair, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe, 2 huge mirrors, double bed with mattress
- big sized window with a clear skyline and sunlight coming in during the morning
- spacious room with dimensions of 17.5’ x 10’

Flatmates

Right now you’ll be living with Vincent, an NHS paramedic and aspiring artist who has been living in the flat for 3 years, and Daniele, an IT specialist working for Soho House who is currently working from home.

We’re looking for preferably a short term lease because of issues we’ve had with the virus situation, but long term is also fine. Luckily we have excellent, understanding private landlords who are happy to accommodate.
