We are looking to rent our room for a few weeks from now up to 20th of April in our two-floors flat minutes away from Finsbury Park.
The flat is on the top (3rd) floor building. The flat has a huge kitchen with a dining area, a big separate living room, two double bedrooms, and bathroom. The flat is split into two floors.
There is central heating in the whole flat.
The room is a good size double room with a huge window with a great view. The room is very lightful and airy.
If you need to work from home (as it is the new normal) there is a table and a chair available in your room.
The house is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to Finsbury Park Station where you can catch the Picadilly and Victoria Line and several trains. Victoria and Picadilly Line runs 24 hours during the weekends.
In front of the flat, there is a bus stop where you can catch buses 24h to Waterloo, Camden, Soho, Trafalgar Square, Aldgate, Hackney,.. (Buses 4, 29, 153, 253, 254, 259, N29, N253 and N279)
Around the area, you can find Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, Tesco and different shops and off licenses. We have a big 24h Turkish Supermarket in front of the flat.
10 minutes walk you can find Holloway Road where there are restaurants, pubs, shops and Odeon Cinema.
5 minutes walk you can find a gym and an ice rink.
15 minutes walk you can find a climbing castle, Woodberry Reservoir and the new Arsenal stadium.
15 minutes walk you can find a shopping complex with TK Maxx, Sport Direct, Argos, Gym etc etc....
You will be sharing the entire flat with our friend Bhav. He is very relax and easy going.
We are looking for a person to share a home. Someone fun, respectful, gay-friendly, clean, tidy and eco-friendly. (We have to save the planet)
A person who is independent and respect privacy but at the same time will join us for some dinners and Netflix nights. We have a great projector so we can watch any show or movie.
The room is available now up to the 20th of April. You can rent it for weeks or for the entire period.
The rent is 500 pounds pcm with some bills included.
