10 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail) and just metres from Seven Sisters Road, so excellent transport links into central London and out of London to Cambridge and beyond. Despite this the flat itself is quiet. In a short walk you have Finsbury Park itself and the parkway walk up to Highgate, some great pubs and delis, a wide variety of shops, an excellent wine bar, and the Park Theatre.
