I'm David, it's my flat and I work as Duty Manager for a boutique hotel nr Charlotte st. I work 12 hour days (08:30-21:00) 4 days on and 4 days off (but I am currently furloughed until at least December..)
I have lived here for over 10 years now. The area is incredibly well connected with Finsbury Park (Victoria), Holloway Road (Piccadilly), Upper Holloway (Overground) and Archway (Northern) all within walking distance plus a multitude of 24 hr buses. Everything you need locally also.
