Finsbury Park/Holloway

Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate in a newly refurbished flat in-between Finsbury Park and Holloway Road. I work in TV and keen to find a lovely person to share the flat with.

I am 28 and enjoy theatre, pubs, cinema, comedy, eating out, cooking, yoga. It would be great to find someone likeminded who wants to find a friendly flat. The area is great, close to lots of pubs/cafes/restaurants of Finsbury Park and Holloway Road, there is lots to do within a few minutes walk.

The Room is a double room with a private bathroom with bath, white walls & floorboards.

It is a split level ground floor/basement flat, with the living room/kitchen ground floor and the bedrooms basement level.

Bills are roughly £120 per person per month in summer, and roughy £140 in winter. This includes gas, electrics, water and council tax.
