I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me.

You'll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate. She is in her 30’s, have lived in a few different countries and in London for the last 5 years. She works in bank and wfh 2 days a week usually. She does yoga and tennis on the weekend and enjoy a night out as well as chill night in.

Looking for someone who’s happy to help keeping the house clean and tidy and respect the communal spaces.

About the house:
It’s a two bedroom flat in a converted victorian house. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a good size living room and a fully-fitted kitchen, and 1 shared bathroom. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The bedroom is good size and quiet, with a beautiful fireplace. It comes furnished with a double bed (with 4 drawers), 2 built-in wardrobes and 2 shelves.

The rest of flat is furnished by me and I will take some stuff with me but happy also to sell some pieces.

Room is available around 22/02 (flexible for an earlier move in date).

The rent is £1190 + bills ( around £200/£220 each month - varies between winter and summer. Includes: council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaner)

The area is really nice: 5 min walk to Highbury fields park, and 10/15 min from Upper St!
There is a coop and tesco at the end of the road.

Holloway road station: 7 min walk
Highbury & islington 10 min walk
