Two Double rooms in shared social house - N7

Two of our lovely flatmates are moving out, which means we are now looking for two lovely gals to fill up the spaces. We are looking for people similar age to us (30 to 38) and professionals (no students).

The house is a 5-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom (plus an ensuite) home in Holloway/Islington. The whole house is very roomy; we’re lucky enough to have a kitchen, dining room, living room & garden as well as the bedrooms, so it never feels crowded. The house is really homely, and we’re slowly making a few updates in there.

- 5min walk to Stations: Holloway Road and Caledonian Road
- 10min walk to Station: Highbury & Islington
Plenty of shops and food options within walking distance. Newly built Aldi only 3min walk away!

We have two rooms available, a smaller one and a bigger one.
The small room is available from 20th April and the other one from 13th April. We are looking for someone who can move as close to those dates as possible.

The smaller room is a double as you can see in the pictures, small but cozy and with under bed storage space. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. Pictures are from last year but the room was recently renovated and no longer has carpet (wooden floor). The room doesn't have much space for a desk, so we would prefer someone who doesn't work from home. That one is the one that is £535 rent.

The bigger room is also a double one and also comes furnished as per the pictures (except the desk and office chair). There is space for a desk in there so can be for someone that works from home. That room is £635 rent.

The bills (inc. council tax) amount to approx. £80 /100 depending on how many people rent our driveway per month. The driveway is particularly busy during football season as we are a 10min walk from the Emirates. During these busy periods, we are able to cover water, broadband and some energy costs.

About the girls of the house:
Three young professional women between 32-36yo.

- Ana is Spanish and works for a sports charity and loves to dance and socialise in the evenings along with all things Drag Race.

- Lucia is from Argentina and a freelancer. Dance is her biggest passion and she loves a deep conversation. She also enjoys reading and cycling around London.

- Irene is Spanish and works in music and events production. She likes gardening, arts and also watching The Traitors and documentaries.

We have a great balance between enjoying our own space and socializing with each other. We often have drinks and snacks in the living room and enjoy spending time together! We don't mind having friends/bf and family over.
We are all friendly, clean, tidy and easy to live with. We have a cleaning rota that works quite well and we all contribute to making the house a nice space to live and share.

We love our drama-free home! We unfortunately can't have pets.
