Double Room

Hi there!

I have a room available end of June, and I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving in with her boyfriend.

I work full time from 11-8 so the flat would be all yours most days if you work from home. My days off are wed and sat at the moment.

More points below -

- washing machine, dishwasher

-living room and open kitchen space

-sliding doors and balcony in each room

- 5 min walk to Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, Aldi as well as Argos.

- room comes with double bed, closet, night table.

- 8 min walk to Holloway Road station - Piccadilly line.

- 20 min walk to caledonian and barnsbury station overground.

- wifi is included however other bills such as CT, gas, water and electric are not and will be shared between us.

- council tax is around £120 each and bills come to around £50 per month roughly.

About me -

I’m my spare time I like going to gigs, coffee/ brunch with friends, bikes, various classes: yoga, pilates, hiit etc… I like to cook, but equally out a lot, so not always occupying the kitchen. I like my down time as well - occasional wine, Netflix …

Looking for -

I’d like to find a flatmate who is friendly and likes a chat, but is equally independent. Someone who is good with sharing a space, and keeping it clean and tidy. I’m pretty lowkey and easygoing so someone that’s also that vibe.

Some of these photos are from the landlord before I moved in, but the place is generally similar, just to give an idea of the space available. There are many more plants now ! 🥰 🪴 🌱 also there is room for some furniture if you have items we can work that out, but the place is pretty much furnished.
