Hi all,
My name is Ina i’m moving out of London so I’m looking for someone to take over my contract until July 2025 with the possibility of extension.
My room is a spacious double room with a private bathroom (not ensuite) with a bathtub and there’s plenty of storage space and a desk in the room, the mattress is also fairly new, as we got new ones about two years ago.
Flat is really spacious approx 75m2, with a shared living room and a storage room where we store our cleaning supplies, suitcases, shoes, coats… pretty much everything. The carpets were newly fitted when we moved in and we took great care of them, so they’re almost as new. The kitchen is really big and has a dishwasher, washer/drier and a full size fridge. There’s also a big living room (no TV but feel free to bring yours if you have one). The bills are approx 150pp a month incl council tax & broadband. The windows are double glazed so even though we are next to the main road it’s really quiet in here and the isolation is great so the winters are actually not that cold, and we save on the bills :)
The landlord is amazing, always takes care of everything we need and is really responsive, however, the flat is managed by the agency.
We are looking for someone friendly who also likes to socialise, and someone clean and tidy. We are looking for a young professional female who is looking to rent long term even after the July 2025.
The flat is available to move in from 8th August (I’m moving out in the days before but it all depends on the referencing and the contract process).
