I have already paid the rest of the contract and I am offering this room at a discounted price. You should make a payment to the IQ with weekly value of 338 GBP and I will repay 88 GBP per week.

The building has its own gym, karaoke room, cinema room, social space and study room. Laundry machine with dryers can be accessed from the ground floor amenities.
