Short term let-single room for £550

Hello:)
I would like to sublet my room from the 20th of July until the 8th of September. The house is in a great location in N7 with just minutes away from Finsbury park station, and Holloway road station, 91 bus towards Trafalgar square, and lots of grocery shops, gyms, restaurants etc.

The rent is £770 for the full 7 week stay with some bills (electricity and gas come up to £50. Wifi and water is included in the rent).
You would have your own fridge and own space in the kitchen with separate cupboards.
I’m going to take my stuff with me, so you’ll have space in the wardrobe area for yourself.
