I am unfortunately having to move out of this flat after 1 and a half year of enjoying it. It's a double room in a spacious and modern 2 bed/1 bath flat, located between Kentish Town, Caledonian Road and Holloway.

The flat:
2 bed/1 bath, fully furnished, with a large living/dining room and separate kitchen, on the second floor (with lift access) of a modern block. There is a balcony looking out the rear of the building away from the road, which overlooks a schoolyard, meaning there is no road noise and evenings/weekends/most of the day is peaceful and quiet - unusual for Zone 2 - as the schoolyard isn't being used.
Fixed bills (internet/water/Islington band D council tax) are £87/month, and energy bills are substantially low as the building is new and well-insulated. There is a communal garden, and the building has fob access with an intercom.

The location:
It is situated about half way between Kentish Town high street and Holloway Road. There are lots of transport connections, with Northern line (Kentish Town or Tufnell Park), Thameslink (Kentish Town), and Piccadilly line (Caledonian Road) all about 15 mins walk away. Plenty of buses locally too. There is a big Morrisons on Holloway Road and a handful of local and corner shops in easy walking distance.

The other tenant is a super friendly master's student at SOAS from Germany. Get in touch if you'd like more details or to view the place! It's a lovely flat, a bargain for the money.

It is now available to move into, and the tenancy expires on September 4th 2024. The tenancy has been renewed very easily every year so there shouldn't be any problem renewing for one more year in September.
