Double Room in Finsbury Park! Females preferred

Hey there,

I'm moving out and need someone to replace my room in Finsbury Park until the end of the contract in Dec 24, with the potential to sign a new lease at the end.

You'd be living with 2 females working for the NHS who live in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/living room and the newly vacant bedroom with a bathroom right next door (there is a 2nd bathroom upstairs also)

The room is unfurnished, however, the new ottoman bed with lots of storage (less than 1 year old) and chest drawers can be bought from me if needed.

Requirements:

ID (Passport or Driver’s License)

Right to Rent check

Proof of Address (Bank statement or Utility bill issued within the last 3 months)

Written confirmation from the intended new tenant that can carry out a reference (they will need to prove earnings of 30 times their share of monthly rent)

Rent of £940 per month is due by the 28th before the start each month and bills are sent to one of the housemates and come to £125.50 per month, the deposit is £1,115.39 and the tenant changeover fee is £50.
