Hi! I'm looking to fill my room (sadly planning to leave London) with a great new friend for my flatmates Emily & Olivia, a Canadian and Kiwi, in our beautiful flat in North London.
About your future flatmates 👩🏻🤝👩🏼
They are both 28 years old, working in education and law respectively. They love to cook, and generally have fun. I can promise there will be decorations for most holidays, we encourage hanging out in the living room & promise to keep the flat clean and tidy.
About the flat 🏡
We have a super spacious, modern, top floor flat which is a 5 min walk to Highbury & Islington station, to Highbury Fields and to all the amazing restaurants, bars, shops and cafes on Upper Street.
About the space 🛏️
Your bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables & closet. The room also has a Juliet balcony with a beautiful view of the London skyline. The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished and we should have all tools for your culinary needs. I also have a desk & monitor available for purchase if required (great for working from home).
Rent 💸
The rent is £1250 per month plus bills which are approximately £140 per month (includes Council Tax, wifi, heating, electric and water). The deposit is 1 month’s rent.
📆 Lease term
We are looking for our new friend to join us from around the 7th of July (however exact dates are TBC - I'm flexible) and for a minimum of 4 months.
