Double en-suite in Finsbury Park

I have a small double with lots of storage and own separate shower room available in my lovely flat in Finsbury Park from the start of January 2025. You’d be sharing with myself, I’m a 34 year old Psychologist and a Phd student (32yo). I am hoping to share with another professional with a similar lifestyle - I enjoy going to gym classes and going out to wine bars and restaurants, and otherwise relaxing watching movies etc (so less of a party house).

The flat is a maisonette and very spacious with a sunny patio, large kitchen / dining room and living room. It's a great flat for socialising but is also spacious enough that everyone can do their own thing.

Finsbury Park is about an 8-10 minute walk away and the flat is close to a lot of nice wine bars / cafes and a gym, Stroud Green road is nearby which has lots of options for restaurants etc.
