Double room available in lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in a great location. Spacious bedrooms and living space/kitchen area. The building includes a communal garden, gym, and a concierge 24 hours a day.

Located in Highbury next to the Emirates Stadium. Close distance to Holloway Road, Highbury & Islington and Drayton Park stations. Also close to several parks (Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, and Finsbury Park) for green space.

You would be living with one other person (me). I work as a doctor and I am a clean and tidy flatmate who enjoys relaxing and chilling out in my time off but also loves to hang out with friends and spend time exploring the local restaurants and cafes. In my spare time I enjoy running, swimming, and cycling as well as playing netball in a local league and generally being in the outdoors.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, sociable, and would enjoy hanging out together and having dinners in. Our flat complex has lots of families, and I’m definitely not a huge party animal, so I’m ideally looking for a like minded professional, who is respectful, clean, and friendly.
