Looking for a new housemates in the postcode of N7

I’m looking for 2 new house mates due to my current housemates moving to the west of London (one room already taken)

The flat is situation in a perfect location off of Holloway Road, with lots of shops, pubs and Finsbury Park walking distance. Available train stations local are: Finsbury Park, Archway, Caledonian Road, Holloway Road with a bus stop situated outside of the house.

The flat comes part furnished, the bedrooms have wardrobes etc but may need a bed as the beds currently belong to the housemates but I’m in discussion with the landlords about supplying this.

About me:
I’m 27 working professional who works as a costume designer in film but currently working in garment technology in fashion, I’m working 9-5 and also stay at my partners in south London 1-2 days a week variable

We have a lovely big kitchen and a good sized living space also, with a separate shower room and toilet room. looking for housemates who are clean and social able but also respect some space :)
I also need to find a sofa and a tv which I’m sure will be sorted by move in - unless you have this that you’d like to bring!

Need to fill the rooms by beginning to mid July

Bills usually vary between £100-£130 a month including council tax, tv, internet, water, electric
