This one bedroom flat is light and airy and is on the second floor of a private converted Victorian period house situated in the borough of Islington and very close to Camden Town and Kentish Town.

The location is excellent for getting around London. The 29/253 bus stop is just outside the building. These buses go to Camden tube in 5 mins and then on to the West End.
The 390 bus goes to Kings Cross (access to most tube lines 12mins)
Kentish Town tube is a 15mins walk (northern line, reopens in September 2024)

There is a large Sainburys in Camden Town and also a wide range of local shops within 2 mins walk including a butchers, Italian delicatessen, 24 hour mini supermarket, fruit and vegetable stores, a florist and a collection of organic and specialist food stores. There is a local gastro pub as well as a good range of award winning pubs in the area. Regents Park and Hampstead Heath are within a short distance

The rent includes water. Wireless internet is available for free, (though we cannot guarantee the service).
