Bright Double Room

Hi! Me and my girlfriend are moving into our own place and are looking for someone to take our bright and spacious room sharing with 2 lovely housemates. It's a gorgeous 3 bed flat with big kitchen and living room, and a sun trap terrace!

We are looking for a clean and respectful new housemate that can move in some time between now and mid August. We are moving into our new place 4th August but could stay elsewhere, if someone needed to move in sooner.

The flat is just off Seven Sisters Road in between Finsbury Park and Holloway, and was completely refurbished 1 year ago. The terrace and bedroom are south facing, getting lots of natural light. There is a main bathroom with toilet, and an extra separate toilet. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in but we have everything necessary in the living room and kitchen. We are happy to leave the wardrobe in our room if it's wanted. It's a big wardrobe with shelving inside too, and a full length mirror.

You would be sharing with 2 women in early thirties. One is a current tenant (who we have lived with for 2 years and is a fabulous friend and housemate) and the other tenant is her friend who is moving in 13th July and is also lovely!
