Double bedroom on Brecknock Road

We are looking for one quiet person, preferably a woman, to join our flat of one professional (Helen) and two students (Satoshi and Muzz) :)
The tenancy will be from 31/08/24 - 30/09/25
However, if you would like to move in now, you are most welcome and would have a discounted rent for a few weeks.

Wifi is £8.75pppm. Water has been paid every 6 months, at £114 for 6 months per person so far. Gas and electricity have been highly variable.
Council Tax will be £31.50pppm.

Downstairs next to the kitchen is a bathroom (bath + shower + toilet).
There is a second toilet upstairs.

Satoshi's room doubles as a clothes drying area / living room (I have included a photo, the other half of the room is his, he is often not in).
There is a new washing machine / dryer, oven, gas hob, microwave.

We expect a high level of cleanliness eg. cleaning the kitchen after cooking, contributing to weekly cleaning.

The previous tenant has left the sheet, duvet, pillow case and lamp seen in the photos ; you are welcome to them!
We are happy to help you move around furniture and have a few little items that may be useful as well.
