Friendly Brecknock Road flat, Double Room

Hello, We are looking for one quiet and clean person, preferably a woman, to join our flat of a professional, a Masters student and a 3rd year Undergrad (Helen, Sam and Satoshi). We have had issues with a previous flatmate consistently not doing their weekly cleaning and washing up & leaving their hair all over the sinks and bath, so we would like someone who values a high level of cleanliness!

The two rooms shown are £830 for the smaller and £871 for the larger, you may choose which one you would prefer.

The tenancy will be from now until 30/09/25

Wifi, water, gas and electricity average out at £85pm. They are more in the winter and less in the summer.
Council Tax will be £31.50pppm.

Downstairs next to the kitchen is a bathroom (bath + shower + toilet).
There is a second toilet upstairs.

Satoshi's room doubles as a clothes drying area / living room (I have included a photo, the other half of the room is his, he is often not in).
There is a new washing machine / dryer, oven, gas hob, microwave.

A previous tenant has left the sheet, duvet, pillow case and lamp seen in the photos ; you are welcome to them!
We are happy to help you move around furniture and have a few little items that may be useful as well.
