Your room is 15 ft x 11 ft, comes with a fitted wardrobe, recently renovated en-suite bathroom, and Juliette balcony. I've been living here for 4 years and the landlady is lovely, and she regularly invests back into the flat - she fitted a brand new kitchen last year, repainted the bathroom and hallway the year before, and renovated the en-suite the year before that. The flat block is really secure with two intercoms to get into the building, and it has a private garden in the center of the block and a park behind it which is locked at night. 15 mins walk to Archway and Holloway Road tube stations, a bus stop right across the street, and a Pure Gym and Sainsburys within a 1 minute walk. Loads of shops and cafes nearby.
