You'll be sharing the flat with one male occupant. Please note that there is no living room in the flat, but the kitchen includes two fridges, one of which will be for your use.

**Key details:**
- Rent: £750 per month (£173 per week)
- Gas and electricity bills: Approximately £110 per person per month (Wi-Fi and water bills are included in the rent).
- Free access to the gym, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and water.

The flat is conveniently located within an 8-minute walk of various supermarkets, including Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury's, as well as a local market for budget shopping.

**Additional notes:**
