The flat is on a quiet residential street but minutes away from Holloway Road and Seven Sisters Road, both with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The room is available from 4 October, bills come out to about £75 (varies per season). Move-in date is flexible, but deposit+rent needs to be paid on 4 October.

You'll be living with me, 24 y/o from New York, and another girl, 23 from England/Belgium. I moved to London a year ago for a Masters program and have loved living here so far! I love exploring the city and a night out but also love a night in cooking a meal with netflix and wine. I'm looking for flatmates who can chill together but also appreciate alone time. I like to keep the place clean, especially the shared spaces (bathroom/kitchen), and would expect my flatmates to do the same. I'm having a cleaner come in to deep clean the place before new people come in as well.
