Plenty of space to set up a work desk. It consists of a double bed (good mattress) side table & wardrobe. Available now.

There is no living room however as well as the outside area there is a large colourful live-in kitchen with dining table and plenty of space to cook & entertain. I have found this room to be great for getting together for a chat & a glass of wine. However the bedrooms are also big enough if you'd prefer your own space. Central heating and plenty of hot water with good pressure.

A large spacious bathroom which will be shared with one other female and includes a bath/shower and bidet.

What I am looking for: Persons MUST have a job. References showing this will be required. You must commit to the minimum of 5 months.
I need someone who is clean & tidy, respectful, responsible, reliable & mature. Also communicates well. This makes for a harmonious living space.

The flat is spread on one level with no stairs. There is parking outside for a small fee and room to store a bike. Also Lime bikes are always available. Gas & electricity is included.

This is a great location for commuting 10min walk or 5mins to cycle to both Finsbury Park Station Victoria Line, and to Holloway Road Station Piccadilly line. Buses on the doorstep 29, 253, 153, 91. These buses will take you to Camden, Kings Cross, Upper Street Islington and Trafalgar Square. Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl are 5 mins walk and Aldi is opening on Holloway Road. So great choice. There are also a lot of markets selling fruit & vege etc. The area has a variety of restaurants & cafes serving food from all over the globe, including great coffee. There is also a gym across the road.
