I am moving out of my student accommodation and I’m looking to find someone to take over my room and contract (BILLS INCLUDED). The contract is 1 year. The building is a 2 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station making it very well connected.

The room comes pre-furnished with a double bed, clothing cupboard, desk and chair as well as an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and further storage. Living in this room grants access to a shared kitchen with plenty of cooking amenities, dining space and sofas. Additionally there is storage for food (fridges) and kitchenware.

Kitchen appliances and bedding must be brought in.

The building is safe and has helpful and friendly staff in the lobby at all times.
