Our flatmate is going to Australia for 5 weeks to sell his whisky, so we have a room available from:
28th October - 5th Dec.
£800 + bills (about £130). Suitable for singles or couples.
Happy to discuss shorter time-frames.

Remaining flatmates Andy (35) and Alistair (25). Both from New Zealand. Super chill and easy going; love music and a good night out; excellent cooks. We like to hang together and host friends: That said we all respect our personal spaces and it's not a constant party house - we have jobs too.
Would suit: someone into a sociable and creative vibe.
Wouldn't suit: people who prefer to stick to their rooms.
We both WFH sometimes. The room and lounge both have desk space.
