The flat is large and spread across the top two floors of a period terrace and has a large living room and kitchen with toilet upstairs and 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath and shower) and a laundry downstairs.

I am moving out to live with my partner so I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease which runs until August 2025 but may continue subject to agreement. Prior references and deposit will be required. Rent listed does not include bills and the property is Council Tax Band D.

The remaining flatmate is a woman in her mid 40s who is employed full time. She is tidy, very creative and great fun - we’ve lived together for the last 5 years.

I couldn’t recommend the area enough. There are fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby (The Albion, The Tamil Prince, Hammerton Brewery and Hemmingford Arms to name a few). Regents Canal, Highbury Fields and Kings Cross/Coal Drops Yard are also within walking distance!
